NZSBMBIn early July, the New Zealand Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology distinguished Neil with their most prestigious award, the Research Excellence Prize. He was invited to give a plenary lecture at the Society’s annual conference in Wellington, and received a prize of $1000.
