Last Friday the Anatomy Department of the University of Otago held it's 3rd Research Day, where several academic and general staff are given the oportunity to briefly show an overview of their research to the rest of the Department.
To enhance the contribution postgraduate staff/ students supply to the Department's research each year, a prize was created, highlighting the best postgraduate paper. This year it was Ann Liu which was awarded the prize, with her latest publication on large transcriptome sequencing analisys in sex-chaging fish!
Congratulations, Ann! You were clearly surprised by it :-)
